Use of Bidville Community Message Boards
The Message Boards are provided by BidVille.com as an informative,
social, and entertaining community tool to its members.
The rules and guidelines listed below are to be followed by all Bidville members to ensure respectful postings.
If any of the rules and guidelines are broken, a member's post can/will be edited, removed, locked,
and/or the member may be warned or suspended from posting any messages on the Bidville Message
Boards for up to a year period. The length of a member's Bidville Message Board suspension will be
determined by the seriousness of the offense, which will be left to the interpretation of the Bidville
Moderators and/or Bidville Staff. Violations of the following rules and guidelines will be determined
by Bidville Moderators and/or other Bidville Staff only. BidVille.com reserves the sole right to terminate
or edit any message or contents thereof to its sole discretion without notice at any time of any users who fail to
abide by these guidelines and rules of use.
By using the Bidville Message Boards, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BidVille.com of
any claims resulting from your usage of BidVille.com in the event of any damages to yourself or any party.
BidVille.com takes no responsibility for accuracy, copyright compliance, legality or decency of
any content or materials contained in all message boards on BidVille.com. Any messages posted by
Authors of messages are not the opinion of BidVille.com and BidVille.com shall not be held liable for
damages of any kind, to any party.
The staff of BidVille.com and its affiliates are not responsible or liable for loss of messages
or any inconvenience, inaccuracies or damages resulting from interruption, termination or
malfunction of this service.
This is a free service for commercial or individual use by the internet community. Again,
BidVille.com reserves the right to remove or modify any message without any reason or notice.
By posting a message on BidVille.com you indicate that you understand and agree to the following
rules and guidelines. Anyone failing to conduct activities according to the following rules and
guidelines could be suspended from posting on the Bidville Message Boards for a period of time of
up to one year. Posts and/or members who post messages that are in violation of the following rules
and guidelines are subject to the actions of the Bidville Moderators and/or Bidville Staff written
in BOLD after each guideline or rule.
There is zero tolerance for posting contact information about another member or non-member,
including, but not limited to full name, telephone number, or address. Edit to take out personal
information, deletion of post, possible suspension from posting on boards.
No spam of any nature will be allowed. (Spam can be considered as creating duplicate messages
that sells or promotes the same thing, over and over on different message boards.)

Messages created that contain pornography or adult-oriented content, promoting the use of
illegal substances, expletives or inappropriate language, promoting illegal activity, racism,
hate, "spam", mail fraud, pyramid schemes are not welcome at BidVille.com. Deletion of post,
written warning, possible suspension from posting on boards.
Messages posted containing names, nicknames or email addresses of other BidVille members
for the purpose of reporting 'bad sellers' or 'bad buyers' are prohibited. Edit to take out
above information, deletion of post, possible suspension from posting on boards.
Member Violations reporting or a reposting of previously deleted or edited posts.

No advertisement of any kind will be accepted on BidVille Message Boards, except those
created and added by BidVille.com Moderators and/or Staff. Advertisements of another
website, auction competition, or advertising spamming will not be tolerated. BidVille.com
sellers WILL be able to advertise their auctions for sale on BidVille.com or Bidville Stores
by posting up to three (3) messages in the Shameless Plugs Message Forum. Edit to take out
company/advertising information, deletion of post, possible suspension from posting on boards.
Impersonating or speaking on behalf of a Bidville Moderator, Staff Member, or other person
or company related to Bidville.com will not be tolerated.Deletion of post, possible
suspension from posting on boards.
Messages directly insulting, defaming, or intimidating a specific person or group of persons
is not allowed. Bidville Moderators and/or Staff reserve the right to determine
if a posting is insulting, defaming, or intimidating to another Bidville Community Member,
entity, person, or group of persons. Deletion of post, possible suspension from posting on boards.
BidVille.com will not be held responsible for any message posted by any individual on any message board.
The IP addresses of all visits and posts on BidVille.com is logged for the safety of all its users.
These policies may change at any time without notice but will always be found published within
this website for the life of this service.
The BidVille Message Center has moderators overseeing conduct and appropriateness of messages
at this time. The messages will be checked on a regular basis by a moderator(s) of BidVille.com.
To report a violation of these terms or abuse of the message center, please

situation will be looked into in a timely manner. Bidville Moderators and/or Bidville Staff will
make the ultimate decision as to whether a post is in violation of the aforementioned guidelines
and rules.
